Die Hard 4Film : Die Hard 4
Starring : Bruce Willis, Timothy Olyphant, Justin Long
Director : Len Wiseman

Looking for speed, thrills, chills, fights, and some intensely gripping moments on screen? Then Die Hard 4 will live up to all these expectations and more.

The movie sees the reprise of a beloved and iconic character: John McClane (Bruce Willis). All the action takes place on the Fourth of July weekend, when an attack on the vulnerable United States infrastructure begins to shut down the entire nation. The mysterious figure behind the scheme has figured out every modern angle…but he never figured on McClane – the old-school “analog” fly in the “digital” ointment. Though he isn’t completely savvy about and at ease with the New Age wizardry and gadgets, he relies on just plain ol’ fashioned action, to achieve his ends. And apparently in a situation like this, his fists, brains and bravado are about the only hope of the nation.

Bombay to GoaFilm : Bombay To Goa
Starring: Raju Shrivastav, Vijay Sale, Shakti Kapoor, Ahsan Quresishi, Sunil Pal, Tinu Anand
Director : Raj Pendurkar

Why is it that good comedies generally elude film makers in Bollywood and very few of them are able to make us really laugh? Bombay to Goa should have been a laugh riot, considering the number of comedians in the film but despite their best efforts, innane lines and sheer nonsense in the name of comedy, leaves more frown lines than laugh lines at the end of it all!

NaqabFilm :Naquaab
Starring :Bobby Deol, Akshaye Khanna, Urvashi Sharma
Director: Abbas – Mastan

The director duo of Abbas Mastan have dished out the insipid thriller 36 China Town earlier, with favourite boy Akshaye Khanna playing a pivotal role there too. The same similarities exist in this film too! A slick movie alright, Naquaab, keeps you waiting for that promised hat ke ending but like the previous film, the ending here too sort of disappoints. But full marks to the makers for thinking of a really outlandish storyline and actually trying to make it work on screen! That is falls flat, is another story altogether …

PartnerFilm : Partner
Starring : Govinda, Salman Khan, Lara Dutta, Katrina Kaif
Director : David Dhawan

Partner was supposed to be a successful partnership between the hit director – actor duo of Dhawan and Govinda with Salman added for good measure. But somewhere the formula seems to have gone wrong and the laughs generated in the older movies by this hit comedy director, seem to have lost their zing. If you are looking for entertainment then Partner is not exactly the film for you.

AwarapanFILM : Awarapan
Starring : Emraan Hashmi, Shriya Saran, Mrinalini Sharma
Director : Mohit Suri

From the Mahesh Bhatt stable comes yet another film with the serial kisser Emraan Hashmi with the inevitable gangster links ..only this time there is not even a semblance of a kiss (a first for Hashmi ?) but some great histronics by him instead. Awarapan is definitely a story with a difference, a tale well told and even better performed by all the actors. For those who haven’t been too great a fan of Hashmi, its definitely time to sit up and take notice of this actor who is sure to go places.
