Hindu SquatWeight loss has become the latest fad. We can’t talk pleasantly about the phenomenon but truly, we have conceded to losses that obesity brings and look to get back in shape; somehow, anyhow. Weight LossThe big day will be here before you know it. Be sure you feel you’re best with these four weight loss tips.

Wedding weight loss is a common concern for brides-to-be, as they wonder how in the world they’re going to fit into the dress of their dreams. Whether you’re a fast-paced executive, laid-back entrepreneur, or a stressed-out grad student, the following wedding weight loss tips could prove quite beneficial for any schedule:

1) Drink Water

I know you’ve heard that drinking at least eight glasses of water can lead to a glowing complexion and improved digestion, but boy…isn’t it hard? Counting the amount of water you drink on a daily basis can become rather tiresome. However, it will pay off in the long run with faded dark circles under your eyes, flushed body fat, and a decreased appetite. In order to meet your recommended quota:

• Keep a bottle of water beside your bed – drink ½ of it before you go to bed and finish the rest as soon as you wake up.

• Carry a bottle of water around with you and sip it throughout the day.

• Before each meal, drink ½ to 1 bottle of water.

Circles of WorryIf you do not yourself have noticeable dark smudges under your eyes, you will definitely know at least one friend or family member who does. Like other long-term afflictions such as acne, prematurely grey hair, or baldness, dark circles can bring considerable grief to the person who has them, as people tend to notice, remark on their condition, and pass judgement on their lifestyle.

The battle of the bulgeIn the good old days when women managed to knock off a couple of kilos by following a stringent diet or even fasting, they were bound to encounter remarks like “Aap bade weak lag rahe hoji,” together with concerned queries about their health and well-being. But not so now.

Being slim is no longer just part of a fashion statement anymore – it’s a highly desired state. Today sex appeal is all about attaining and maintaining a flab-free figure.

I’ve got this friend down the road, who’s pushing 40, slim and desirable, with not an ounce of unwanted fat. You wouldn’t even guess that she’s a mother of two strapping teenaged lads. She and her family are part of a growing creed of fitness freaks. Their aim is to keep their body’s motor running in top condition - another word for it of course is metabolism!
